Temperature and humidity control

When the temperature is too low, the wax on the surface of cotton fiber becomes hard, the fiber becomes weak, and the strength decreases; When the cotton wax is too high, it will soften, affect the drafting and cause evenness. When the relative humidity is too high, the cleaning efficiency of the blowing-carding unit is low, there are many impurities in the sliver, the carding transfer is difficult, the web sags, and the neps increase. When the relative humidity is too low, the fiber is easy to break, adding short lint and noil, which is not conducive to saving cotton; With the increase of flying flowers and floating cotton on the net, it is easy to break edges and increase the number of broken ends; It is difficult to peel cotton because the cotton net is attached to the doffer. In particular, Xinjiang cotton, which has high sugar content, should pay more attention to the control of temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity control of the blowing-carding unit is stricter than that of the ordinary process.
